Different types of lights

In our media classroom we have ceiling lights that hang from a spring like metal beam. The two types of light have different purposes and functions when trying to get the best possible lighting for a photograph.

The front of the light is the bulb, on the outside is the flash tube and you always have a reflector or a soft box to give soft quality of light rage of power settings balanced to daylight.

ISO is the sensitivity of being  in different lights it has low light which is very noisy or if you go to 100 you can see in low light but it is better quality.

One light has a bright flash and goes on and of, however the other light we have is red and is on constantly but doesn’t go as bright.
